Pricing can be seen either on FurnishWeb or from our price lists.
Q. Can I customize case goods?
Our case goods come only "as shown."
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
You can easily check the status of your order online at http://my.furnishweb.com.
Q. Can I place an order online?
We do not currently have a method to place orders for product online. Anyone with a Caracole Design Shop account can order fabric samples, finish samples and marketing materials online at https://designshop.caracole.com. Samples and catalogs can be ordered using your earned points or purchased using a credit card.
Q. How do I get a Caracole Design Shop account?
Contact your rep or the Caracole Trade Sales department and they will create your account and send you a link to sign in.
Q. Why can I not see any samples on the Caracole Design Shop?
The Design Shop is exclusive to Caracole Designers and Dealers. All accounts must be authorized by Caracole before they can see or purchase samples. Contact your Caracole Representative or Trade Sales Department and they can authorize your account.
Q. I forgot my password to FurnishWeb, what do I do?
You can request that your password be sent to you via the Furnishweb website at www.schnadig.furnishweb.com.
